"I have high standards/expectations when doing business with a company and rarely am i wowed. We needed to add car and home insurance in a state other than our primary and I thought it would be so complicated and costly. Kandus made it a wonderful experience! "I purchased a new vehicle and was searching for the best rates. I called State Farm and had left a message for a quote. Ronda returned my call after hours on a Friday evening. She immediately apologized for calling after 5 pm but explained she didn’t want to leave me waiting until Monday. That spoke volumes to me. She was very knowledgeable and not only had the best rate for my auto but increased coverage on my home insurance at the same rate as the company I was insured with. Ronda and the receptionist have both been very helpful with the transition, both very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this office for any insurance needs!
